The CO2 fractional laser is based on the principle that the CO2 laser emits a super-pulsed laser with a wavelength of 10600nm, which is ultimately output in a fractional fashion. When the laser is applied to the skin, it is rapidly absorbed by the water molecules in the skin, producing a thermal effect that causes collagen contraction, directly stimulating collagen production and promoting dermal restructuring. The laser treatment is physical, without the addition of any drugs or efficacious products, so the side effects are minimum. The fractional laser emits a hair-thin matrix of dots that create numerous tiny wounds on parts of the skin that are invisible to the naked eye, and the laser reaches the dermis to stimulate collagen regeneration through the principle of destruction and reconstruction. In short, the damaged areas are destroyed and, after collagen regeneration, the dimpled pores are naturally filled in.
Fractional CO2 laser technology combines the power of traditional CO2 lasers with new technology that delivers laser energy in a small fractionated column. Once applied to the treatment area, the dispersed energy penetrates the skin’s surface and stimulates the body’s natural healing response, which begins to produce new collagen and elastin. Meanwhile, the surrounding healthy skin is not affected by the laser, thus increasing patient safety.
The fractional laser creates 50-120um micro-perforations in the skin, with a hole spacing of approximately 500um. These micro-perforations close within a day after treatment and are hard to see with naked eyes, with little bleeding or infection.
Compared to conventional lasers, fractional lasers can reach the dermis of the face and stimulate the repair of damaged parts of the dermis, resulting in the production of more collagen and the rearrangement of the dermis for skin rejuvenation.
The fractional laser treatment can be customized to suit individual needs. Of all the laser treatments, only the fractional laser can be used in a range of 5 to 100% of the treatment area and the results can be seen in a single treatment.
The fractional laser penetrates well into the skin’s dermis, stimulating dermal tissue repair in damaged areas and ensuring uniform laser coverage, avoiding overlapping of light spots, with less trauma and faster healing.

Utilizing an ablative matrix laser with a wavelength of 2940nm, which delivers energy differently than other fractional lasers, this treatment decreases heat buildup on the skin surface, reduces discomfort and brings fast recovery.
The world’s first dual-frequency fractional laser procedure that uses both ablative and non-ablative laser technology to address a wide range of skin concerns with precision and efficiency.
By stimulating the skin with ultra-micro-needles and using “point-to-point” ultra-micro-penetration technology, this treatment makes “micro-pipelines” on the skin within a short period of time and directly introduces the active nutrients into the deep skin cells. At the same time, the micro-needle stimulates the dermis. Through skin’s self-healing ability, it effectively stimulates the proliferation of collagen and fibroblasts in the dermis, increasing skin elasticity and thickness.
